This is the Process:

1. Order is placed for this listing

2. The builder will buy all the parts listed below under System Specs BRAND NEW. Shipping speeds may vary depending on retailers. (2-5 Days)

3. The builder will assemble the parts, install windows, and test the system (1-2 Days)

4. Once the system is done and tested, the customer will receive final images and tests results. The customer will then approve the build. (1 Day)

5. The PC will be packed and shipped via UPS Ground. Additional shipping services and speeds available at checkout (1-6 Business Days)

The entire process will be 7-14 Business Days!

- ALL RGB LIGHTING IS FULLY PROGRAMABLE

- The images show and EXAMPLE of the build and does not represent the exact build you will receive

- All brands and sub-models are dependent on availability at the time of purchase and are subject to change. This does not affect the actual part-type, for example (Ryzen 5 vs Ryzen 9) but only sub-models, for example (ASUS B450 vs MSI B450). If a replacement is made, the part will be equal or better than what is listed.

- This warranty policy applies to all commission builds sold by Gaming Workstations & Services. The warranty period is 30 days from the date of delivery.

- Scope of Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may occur in the product. This includes, but is not limited to, defects in materials, workmanship, and component failure.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage: This warranty does not cover any damages or malfunctions caused by user misuse, neglect, or accidental damage. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by spilling liquids on the product, dropping the product, or opening the product's casing.

- Warranty Claim Process: In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer may make a claim under this warranty by contacting Gaming Workstations & Services at gamingworkstationss@gmail.com. The customer will be required to provide proof of purchase and describe the issue they are experiencing. Gaming Workstations & Services will then evaluate the claim and either repair or replace the defective component(s). This does not include any shipping costs that may arise from RMA processes.

- Gaming Workstations & Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. By purchasing a product from Gaming Workstations & Services, the customer agrees to the terms of this warranty policy.
